Then we dive deep into allll things you during our project kick-off call – your preferences, your values... all the little things that make your brand unique. We use this as our guide to ensure your copy portrays your personality and reaches your ideal audience.

We typically book out 1-3 months in advance, so if you have a project planned in the near future, go ahead and reach out. Once we get started, it can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to write all of the copy because there is a lotttt of strategy involved.

Yes! We set deadlines at the very beginning. You'll have a timeline of draft reviews and final delivery dates from day one. Once we deliver your final project, you can implement and hit publish!

As much as you want to be! We've worked with clients who are more hands-on and enjoy being involved with revisions. We also work with clients who like to lay it all out during the kick-off call then let us handle the rest.

We offer design and template customization services for previous clients. If you have any future copy projects down the road or are thinking about a VIP Day, then reach out to us. Once we have you on the books, you have access to any of our additional services to book whenever you need them.

If you're just booking a copy only package, then your copy can be used on any platform. But if you're booking the Copy & Design package, we can migrate everything over to Showit as part of the process. We totally get the feeling of finally being familiar with a platform and not wanting to switch to another. But Showit is extremely user-friendly. Plus, we guide you through using your new design, show you how to make changes for future updates, and teach you how to make it work for your business.

You bet! You can set up payments or pay in full – whatever works best for you! We require an initial payment upon contract signing to seal your spot on our calendar. The rest of your payments can be paid out by the end of the project.
